Eligibility criteria

Under the supervision of the Workers Welfare Board Balochistan, temporary posts of teaching and non-teaching staff are required for educational institutions for boys and girls across Balochistan. Selected candidates will be made permanent based on performance. Only local/domiciled candidates of Balochistan are eligible to apply.

  • Principal (Grade 18): M.A./M.Sc. or M.Ed. with 5 years of experience.
  • Vice Principal (Grade 17): M.A./M.Sc. or B.Ed. with 5 years of experience.
  • Senior Lecturer (Grade 17): M.A./M.Sc. or B.Ed. with 5 years of experience.
  • SST Science (Grade 16): BSc with B.Ed, second division; experience preferred.
  • SST General (Grade 16): B.A. with B.Ed., second division; experience preferred.
  • Computer Instructor (Grade 16): M.A./M.Sc. from a recognized university with a 1-year computer diploma/certificate in computer science and Photoshop; experience preferred.
  • Librarian (Grade 14): Diploma in Library Science from a recognized university; experienced candidates preferred.
  • Computer Instructor (Grade 14): B.A./BSc from a recognized university with a 1-year computer diploma/certificate in computer science and Photoshop.
  • PTI (Grade 11): B.A./BSc with a diploma in physical education, second division; experience preferred.
  • Junior Lecturer (Grade 09): F.A./F.Sc. with CT/B.Ed.; experience preferred.
  • Drawing Teacher (Grade 09): F.A./FSc with a 1-year Drawing Master diploma from a government institute; experience preferred.
  • Arabic Teacher (Grade 09): Shahadat-ul-Aalia or ATTC from a recognized Wafaq-ul-Madaris; experience preferred.
  • Moalim-ul-Quran (Grade 07): Certificate equivalent to Intermediate from a recognized Wafaq-ul-Madaris; experience preferred.
  • JV Teacher (Grade 07): F.A./FSc with PTC/CT; experience preferred.
  • Age limit: 20 to 30 years, with a special 10-year age relaxation granted by the Chief Minister of Balochistan on the upper age limit.
  • 2% quota is reserved for disabled persons and 5% quota for minorities (non-Muslims), as per the Government of Balochistan policy.
