What is CBT&A?
CBT&A (Competency Based Training & Assessment) is a modern, skills-focused technical training model aligned with current industry requirements—trainees are taught and then formally assessed on practical competencies in their chosen trade, rather than only theoretical exams.
3. Who is eligible to apply?
Applications are invited only from candidates holding local domicile of Balochistan.
4. What trades/courses are being offered?
Eight technical trades are on offer, all at Level II, with training held in the morning shift, and each course lasts 6 months.

5. What is the minimum educational qualification?
It depends on the trade:

- Middle (8th grade) required for: Auto Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol), Welding, Woodwork, Plumber/Pipe Fitter
6. What is the age limit?
Candidates must be between 16 and 40 years of age.
7. Can female candidates apply?
Yes, but female candidates are only eligible to apply for the Computer Operator trade. The other seven trades are not open to female applicants under this notice.
8. Is there a registration fee?
Yes. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,000/- is required at the time of application.
