Eligibility Requirements
PC course candidates appearing with 70% marks in FSc Part-I, along with a “Hope Certificate” from the principal of their college indicating a likely 65% aggregate, may also apply.
The candidate must be a male citizen of Pakistan.
Candidates must be in possession of a valid NADRA Smart Card (an old NIC or Form B is not acceptable).
Minimum height is 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm) for all courses.

Selection Procedure
- Online registration at www.joinpaf.gov.pk.
- Intelligence Test followed by an Academic Test through e-Testing: candidates with a pre-medical background for PC are tested in English & Physics; candidates with a pre-engineering/ICS/DAE background for PC are tested in English, Physics & Maths; 137 CSC candidates are tested in their relevant subject.
- Initial Medical Examination & Interview at the Information & Selection (I&S) Centre.

Final selection is made by Air Headquarters in order of merit (medical/computer science).
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for ISSB.
The test/interview will be conducted by ISSB Kohat/Gujranwala/Malir/Quetta.
The final medical examination will be held at CMB Lahore.
The Flying Aptitude Test (FAT) for GD (P) candidates only will be conducted at I&SC Rawalpindi.
After final selection, GD(P) candidates undergo a BE (Aerospace/Avionics) program at CAE (merit-based), while the remaining undergo BS Aviation Management at CFT, PAFAA. On successful completion, cadets receive a permanent commission in PAF and are detailed to the “Flying Training Wing” at PAFAA.
Interview by AHQ Selection Board for CSC candidates only.
